30-day hassle-free returns
Not happy for any reason? Return your device within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the device, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to request a return
Email us within 30 days of delivery
Contact returns@viberstore.co.nz with your full name, order number and reason for return.
Receive your return instructions
Once approved, we'll email you the return address and full packing instructions via NZ Post.
Send it back within 14 days
Pack the device securely — fully reset and logged out of all accounts — and drop it off at any NZ Post shop.
Refund processed in 3–5 working days
Once we receive and inspect your device, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Delivery costs are refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged on arrival
Email us within 24 hours of delivery
If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault shortly after delivery, email returns@viberstore.co.nz within 24 hours. We'll offer a full replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.

Responsible device recycling
We are committed to responsible e-waste disposal in line with New Zealand's Product Stewardship guidelines. If you have an old device to recycle, contact us and we'll advise on the best option available to you.
