Refurbished iPad Pro questions
Anything else? Call 01 427 9797 or visit our help centre.
Which iPad Pro should I buy?
The 12.9-inch iPad Pro has the biggest screen, which is best for drawing, video and working with two apps side by side. The 10.5-inch iPad Pro is smaller and lighter. Newer generations are faster and get software updates for longer.
Does the iPad Pro work with the Apple Pencil?
Yes. The 2018 iPad Pro and later work with the Apple Pencil (2nd generation), and the earlier iPad Pro models work with the Apple Pencil (1st generation). The pencil is sold separately.
How long is the warranty?
12 months as standard. iPads bought between 1 October and 25 December 2026 come with a 15-month warranty. Your warranty length is recorded on your order.
Can I pay with Klarna?
Yes, you can pay with Klarna at checkout. See Klarna finance for how it works.
