Where is the ViberStore showroom?
Our showroom is at Unit 16, Oak Road Business Park, Oak Close, Dublin 12, D12 YX62. Use Get directions above to open the route in Google Maps.
When is the showroom open?
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm, and bank holidays 10am to 4pm. We're closed on Sundays.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No. Just drop in during opening hours.
Can I try a phone before I buy it?
Yes. You can hold and try phones in the showroom before you decide, and our team will give you honest advice on which model and grade suits you.
Can I take a phone home the same day?
Yes. If the phone is in stock, you can buy it in the showroom and walk out with it the same day.
Do you repair phones in the showroom?
Yes. Most iPhone repairs are done the same day while you wait, and repairs come with a 90-day warranty. Please charge your device before you arrive. See iPhone repairs for prices, or to post your device in instead.
What checks does every phone go through?
Every phone passes a 70-point inspection, has its data wiped, is unlocked, and has at least 80% battery health.
What do the grades mean?
Excellent, Very Good and Good describe how a phone looks, not how it works. Every grade performs the same.
What warranty comes with a phone?
Phones come with a 12-month warranty as standard, and the battery is covered for 90 days. Some promotions extend the warranty.
Can I come back for help after I buy?
Yes. Pop back any time for aftercare and help with your phone.
I can't get to the showroom. Can I still buy?
Yes. Delivery is free nationwide, and in Dublin you can get same-day delivery for €9.99 on in-stock phones ordered before 12pm, Monday to Saturday.
